Clean place with harbour views and competent staff. Modern and functional room with private bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk and television. Marvellous, magnificent location in the fantastic area. 15 min walk to the heart of Copenhagen.

It's fairly clean hotel nestled in a functional style building in the downtown area. Convenient location, not too far from The Rock. A such great stay on an overnight business trip.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, the auto check-in feature was very convenient and the café offered a good variety at a nice price.

Stayed for 2 nights at wakeup copenhagen, bernstorffsgade and loved the location. The bus 5c is just around the corner. The train station isn't too far either, and there's a lovely river right across the road. It was nice to have so many transport options nearby.

Super tiny room with furniture crammed in!!! Charging for luggage storage feels petty. The odd smoky smell in the room is off-putting!!! More room space would greatly enhance comfort!!!
